Relax, clear out energetic and emotional stagnation and connect with your major energy centers.

Joseph provides a meditative journey that reconnects the mind with the body and allows you to journey and meditate within each major energy centers by using concert class eucalyptus didgeridoos tuned to the key of each major chakra.

Participants will be guided to focus on each of the chakras as they come into the corresponding meditation to heighten their awareness of the energy center and promote clearing and connection with the energetic body.

Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket.
